I recently discovered Winamp again. My PC + My old iPod mini + iTunes was always a recipe for disaster. The latest Winamp with it's portable device support works perfectly every time.

Ok, I know they're about 3 years old, but these two albums have recently found their way back into my car CD player. Again.

I really think this may become a future classic. The title track from the album could well be playing in 'indie' clubs and bars for years to come. I only hope he's playing at Glastonbury this year.

The Latest from Ben. This may only be a compilation from his recent EPs, but I really think it works as a record in it's own right. Its great to finally have some of his classic live tracks ('always someone cooler than you', the NWA cover) mixed down in the studio.

<img src="http://theparkerproject.com/images/49.jpg" /> 'Shirt' is a wonderful track, with a real sing-along lyric. My other favourites are '29 cent head' and 'far, far, far'.

They don't serve Skol on tap anymore, and a few years ago they refurbished the toilets (how dare they) but you can still count on The Irish for a quality night out.
